Bowdawn Ltd provides technical literature for complex mechanisms and systems. This can be either for prototype or one-off systems or for in-service customer support documentation. We are based in Wallasey, on Merseyside. My name is Richard Lane, and I own and operate Bowdawn Ltd in the United Kingdom. The Company has a long track record in the explanation of complex systems and the provision of instructions for operation and maintenance. Bowdawn Ltd is prepared to take on customer-facing roles for clients. I specialise in taking process, equipment or system information and synthesising this into technical procedures and descriptions. This knowledge can then be made available to operators and technicians in the operation and maintenance of complex systems. I have more than a decade experience in this, and have dealt with a broad spectrum of technologies and activities. This is shown on the services page. This experience ranges from maintenance of large aircraft and other complex systems to business processes and instructions for child-care establishments. As you will see from the testimonials page, a number of significant enterprises have been satisfied with my activities over the years, and have not been afraid to say so. I can’t quote a flat rate for the work I do, because the projects vary so much. I can quote for hourly rates or fixed price contracts in the UK.
